Is it possible today to build a new city in Europe? It is happening in Leidsche Rijn, a few kilometers from Utrecht, Holland. Cruz y Ortiz Arquitectos participates in this project with the construction of two buildings.
Cruz y Ortiz Arquitectos won in 2008 the competition for the design and execution of two residential buildings. Four other architects are involved in the general project of Leidsche Rijn. Building C1 which includes two parts, De Phoenix and De Richmond has taken some lead over the remaining blocks.
